Born in Canada, raised in Chicago and based in Dubai, chef Kelvin Cheung is a Chinese-Canadian. This third-generation genius spent a good part of his childhood training for his life of travelling the globe and cooking in kitchens in unfamiliar places.
In 2021, Kelvin Cheung became Chef and Partner of Jun’s on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, Dubai. This progressive restaurant has been the recipient of multiple accolades, such as inclusion in Dubai’s Michelin Guide and Mena’s 50 Best Restaurants.
