- Slopes: Five slopes of varying difficulty, including the world’s first indoor black diamond run.
- Snow Park: A 3,000-square-meter play area with sled and toboggan runs, icy body slides, and an ice cave.
- Penguins: Meet the resident Gentoo and King penguins during scheduled encounters.
Activities and Features:
- Chairlifts: The chairlift and tow lift offer guests a scenic ride up the mountain. A full-day slope pass, which includes access to the chairlifts, is priced at AED 350.
- Snow Cinema: Enjoy movies in a frosty setting with lounge-style seating. The Snow Cinema pass for two guests, which includes movie tickets, hot chocolates, popcorn, and rental clothing, is priced at AED 200.
- Freestyle Zone: A dedicated area for snowboarders and freestyle skiers to practice their tricks. Access to the Freestyle Park during Freestyle Night is AED 250 for 3 hours.

- Avalanche Cafe: Situated midway up the ski slope, this cafe offers hot beverages and snacks with a spectacular view of the slopes. The average price per person at Avalanche Cafe is approximately AED 75.
- North 28 Restaurant: This cozy Alpine-themed restaurant is located right at the base of the resort, where you can enjoy a meal or a warm hot chocolate. The average price per person at North 28 Restaurant is around AED 110.

- By Metro: The nearest station is Mall of the Emirates Station on the red line, with direct access to the mall.
- By Taxi: Taxis are available throughout Dubai, with bookings via apps like Careem and Uber.
