The carefully curated spring menu at Armani/Ristorante features a range of starters, pastas, mains and desserts. There is Uovo in Primavera, a mountain egg accompanied by Krystal caviar, asparagus, orange and smoked foam.

Don’t forget to try out the Tortelli, a homemade Wagyu-filled ravioli and Sardinian artichoke, pecorino fondue, black truffle and tarragon jus. The Pasta Fresca offers homemade green pea and fennel ravioli, seafood and clam sauce.

Armani/Ristorante updates main course and dessert offerings

The stunning Michelin-starred Armani/Ristorante inside Burj Khalifa is offering really indulgent spring-inspired main course options, such as Manzo Stockyard featuring Wagyu tenderloin M-5, foie gras terrine, brocolini, beetroot, black truffle and Arabica jus.

The dessert section includes creations like Baba’, a citrus-infused baba accompanied by apricot, vanilla and thyme Chantilly for a refreshing finish. There is Noci too, a walnut and pecan emulsion and light praline mousse, gavotte and Guanaja 70% ice cream.
