Each Saturday, customers can go on a culinary voyage through Thailand, enjoying authentic tastes of Thailand’s bustling street markets and royal kitchens. This is a real experience of some of the most popular Thai dishes right in the heart of the UAE Emirate.
Thai-inspired Saturday Brunch at Thiptara Dubai
Curated by Thiptara Dubai‘s expert culinary team, the Saturday Brunch starts at 12:30 pm and is going to continue until 3:30 pm. It offers a relaxed yet elegant escape at one of Dubai’s most iconic destination for tourists and residents alike.
The brunch includes Naue Dat Die (dried beef and spicy sauce), Som Tam (green papaya salad), Yam Som-O (pomelo salad accompanied by roasted coconut, peanuts, tamarind, chilli and mint) and Tam Taeng Kap Tua Lisong (cucumber and peanut salad).
There is also an indulgent array of appetizers, such as Khanom Pang Na Going (golden shrimp toast), Poom Nim Tho Grob (crispy Thai-style soft-shell crab), and the Bangkok Satay Platter. You can find many regional specialities, too.
There are Sai Ua (Chiang Mai-style sausage) and Sai Krok Isan (Isaan chicken sausage) in regional specialities. Don’t forget the classics Pad Thai (stir-fried Thai noodles in tamarind sauce) and Jasmine Rice.

The dessert scene at Thiptara Dubai’s Saturday Brunch is top-notch. There is a decadent dessert spread featuring Gluey Horm Thod (crispy panko-fried banana and honey and coconut cream) and the signature mango sticky rice accompanied by coconut sauce.
