Emirates is making headlines across the globe for all the right reasons. The largest international airline has introduced three more incredible destinations to its list: Shenzhen in Mainland China, Da Nang in Vietnam and Siem Reap in Cambodia.
Starting July 1, Emirates is starting daily non-stop Dubai-Shenzhen flights. You can expect frequent flights from Dubai to Da Nang and Siem Reap via Bangkok to start in early June. The carefully timed flight schedule is set to benefit many passengers.
Emirates further expansion into Mainland China
Emirates is entering Shenzhen starting July 1, 2025. This expansion has made the company the first Middle Eastern carrier to operate a daily flight to the technology hub of Mainland China. Emirates is preparing for daily non-stop Dubai-Shenzhen flights.
Back in 2002, Emirates became the first airline to establish direct flights to and from the Middle East to the Chinese mainland as it started Dubai-Shanghai flights. This marked the beginning of a successful and rapidly strengthening partnership.
Today, Emirates has extended its presence to four Chinese mainland destinations, namely Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. These flights are also important for trade as Shenzhen is famous for sophisticated electronics and tech products.

What makes you a good journalist? Hopefully, I can find a convincing answer to it someday. From Btech in Civil Engineering to pursuing Masters in Journalism and Mass Communication, it has been quite a journey. I have a keen interest in investigative journalism and exploring the latest developments in the Gulf region.
I care about ethical reporting and bringing something new to the table. Overall, if not a writer, I believe I would have been a globetrotter or a pet-sitter.
