Can I get some information about USPA ‘A’ licence?
The USPA ‘A’ licence is a certification recognised internationally. It lets the holder jump at dropzones across the globe. Once you hold the licence, you don’t need supervision to jump. You can also pack your main parachute and engage in group jumps.
Getting this certification could be a bit tedious, though. Skydive Dubai has all the necessary facilities to make this dream of many people true. You must complete at least 25 skydives, pass all the requirements on the ‘A’ licence proficiency card and qualify in the exam.
Is it possible to make a booking offline?
If you are experiencing any issues making a reservation at Skydive Dubai online, you can visit the facility in person before your skydiving date to secure your preferred time slot. Skydive Dubai accepts multiple payment methods, including cash, cards and UPI.
Is there a refund policy at Skydive Dubai?

The establishment tries to accommodate all situations, but might be unable to issue refunds for circumstances like not meeting age, weight or BMI requirements, being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or scuba diving in less than 24 hours prior to the jump.
Does Skydive Dubai provide insurance for tandem customers?
Skydive Dubai offers insurance for its tandem customers. The cost for this policy is included in the standard package. Please check out the official platform for all updated information about the insurance policy.
Does Tandem Skydive have a strict duration?
The time mentioned in your confirmation email is your arrival time, and not your skydive time. It is recommended to keep a flexible schedule. You might be required to spend around 3 to 4 hours from check-in to the time you complete your skydive.
Factors like atmospheric conditions are likely to cause delays. If skydiving operations are on ‘standby’, you can reschedule the experience to another date. If you are visiting Dubai, make the booking for the first half of your trip to get enough time to reschedule.
Is it possible to request for female instructors at Skydive Dubai?
Female customers are eligible to request for a female instructor at Skydive Dubai. The facility is going to do its best to accommodate your request, but it all depends on staffing and availability at the end of the day.
Is it okay if I don’t book in advance?
Tandem Skydive is incredibly popular. Therefore, book the experience in advance. If you are a tourist, it is recommended to schedule the experience at the beginning of your trip in case it needs to be rescheduled. Reservations must be made on the official site.
If you have not booked in advance, you can visit the different Skydive Dubai locations and enlist yourself on the daily waiting list. Please keep this in mind that your friends, family or Skydive Dubai staff cannot add your name to the list.
This daily waiting list operates on a first-come, first-served basis. If a customer’s booking has been affected by Skydive Dubai because of atmospheric conditions or other circumstances, they are going to get priority on the waitlist, if applicable.
Is there some information about Priority Fee booking at Skydive Dubai?
Priority Fee booking is available at Palm Dropzone only. You can use this option if you do not have a confirmed tandem reservation. Reach the dropzone on the day you feel like skydiving and do the needful. There are a limited number of priority slots each day.
Each slot can be purchased for a last-minute priority fee of Dh700. This is in addition to the regular tandem price, depending on the season. Once purchased, you can be guaranteed the next available tandem slot on the day.
You can also get a standard edited video, photos and insurance as part of the regular package. Please note that if you do get a turn to jump, you need to pay a booking fee of Dh300, in addition to the regular tandem price depending on the season. This is the walk-in fee.
Does Skydive Dubai have any facilities available onsite?
Skydive Dubai has a couple of dropzones: Palm Dropzone and Desert Campus. Both these locations feature cafe offering food and refreshments, free internet and outdoor viewing decks to catch on to all the fun as skydivers land. Pets are not permitted inside.
Is indoor skydiving at Inflight Dubai safe?
Indoor skydiving at Inflight Dubai is considered safe. This facility utilises the latest technology to provide a controlled environment. Experienced instructors provide thorough training and guide participants on proper body positioning and techniques.
Can I film during my flight on board the gyrocopter?
For safety reasons, passengers are not permitted to carry phones, cameras or selfie sticks on board the gyrocopter. But you can get an edited video and standard photos of your flight – complimentary – in your email within 24 hours of your flight.
