3. Sharjah Classic Car Museum
Sharjah Classic Car Museum is nothing less than a paradise for classic car enthusiasts, displaying more than 100 cars manufactured in the early 20th century. It is located quite close to the airport in Sharjah.
This museum features 5 sections. Don’t miss the 1969 Mercedes Pullman Limousine, custom-made for Sharjah’s ruler and one of only 2,000 globally. The cars have been restored and buffed until one can see their reflection in them.

4. Sharjah Maritime Museum

6. Natural History and Botanical Museum
Sharjah’s Natural History and Botanical Museum offers elaborate information on species and ecosystems in the region. It has displays of fossils, meteorites, taxidermic displays of rare animals and desert ecosystems.

8. Bait al Naboodah Museum
Built in the mid-19th century, Bait al Naboodah Museum is a unique model of the stunning Sharjah architecture. You can learn about the authentic architectural designs of traditional Emirati houses, in addition to the lifestyle and values of Emirati culture.

9. Bait Khalid Bin Ibrahim
Bait Khalid Bin Ibrahim is located in the Heart of Sharjah, the old city centre that is home to museums, galleries and souks. It dates back to the 19th century and used to be the former residence of pearl merchant Khalid bin Ibrahim al Yousef.

10. Khor Kalba Fort
The construction of Khor Kalba Fort in Sharjah dates back to approximately 1745 and its total area is around 1,435 square metres. The fort displays intricate holdings and findings. Some of these artefacts can be as old as the 18th century BC.
The items are made of a broad range of materials from ceramics to stone and some of them carry inscriptions, indicating important symbols from earlier civilizations. Metal items once used as tools in the manufacture of doors and household appliances are also on display.

11. Majlis al Midfa
Located close to the Sharjah Corniche and in the Heart of Sharjah, Majlis al Midfa is a historic square. It holds an important place in UAE history, since it once hosted gatherings of the region’s merchants and intellectuals.

13. Sharjah Aquarium
Explore the fascinating deep sea at Sharjah Aquarium. First opened its doors in 2008, this aquarium sheds light on marine creatures. You can find an incredible number of species, including delicate seahorses and reef sharks.
Sharjah Aquarium is the first and largest government educational centre in the UAE. It has a couple of floors embracing 21 aquariums. There is also a turtle rehabilitation programme and the establishment regularly spreads messages about marine pollution, too.
