The culinary scene in Dubai is famous across the globe. You can find hundreds of restaurants catering to different tastes. Recently, the fourth edition of the MICHELIN Guide Dubai took place and 119 establishments have made it to the prestigious list.

These 119 Dubai restaurants cover more than 35 cuisine types. This year, the MICHELIN Guide Dubai recognised a couple of fresh One MICHELIN Star restaurants and another 2 fresh Three MICHELIN Star restaurants, in addition to 5 fresh Bib Gourmands.

MICHELIN Guide Dubai: 2 restaurants score Three MICHELIN Stars

In 2025, a couple of restaurants in Dubai scored the prestigious Three MICHELIN Stars for the first time since the destination launched in 2022 – marking a historical moment in the city‘s vibrant culinary scene.

1. FZN by Björn Frantzén

The MICHELIN Guide Dubai has recognised FZN by Björn Frantzén as a Three MICHELIN Star restaurant. This establishment offers a near faultless, highly sophisticated experience through a broad range of dishes blending Scandinavian and Asian influences.

Using only the best ingredients, FZN’s food is a modern European fine dining using Japanese influences. You can find 27 seats spread across a couple of floors. In addition to his passion for cooking, Björn has also been significantly engaged in charity.

Each year, the chef hosts a dinner event featuring a handful of some of the most famous chefs in Europe, all to benefit a child diabetes foundation. Born in 1977, Björn’s intense passion for food started from a particularly delicious steak. There is a fascinating story behind it.

2. Trèsind Studio

Trèsind Studio is the other Dubai restaurant to earn Three MICHELIN Stars in its fourth appearance in the MICHELIN Guide Dubai, making history as the first Indian restaurant globally to earn the prestigious Guide’s highest accolade.

Trèsind Studio highlights Chef Himanshu Saini’s limitless levels of imagination. The tasting menu presents traditional Indian dishes from different regions, re-imagined and crafted into eye-catching and delicious creations.

The ethos of Trèsind Studio emphasises the transformation and amplification of humble ingredients, sourced locally from organic and sustainable farmers in the UAE. The dining room philosophy is based on the popular thought ‘Guest is God’.

MICHELIN Guide Dubai: 2 restaurants score One MICHELIN Star

To date, a total of 14 restaurants in Dubai hold One MICHELIN Star, a distinction that highlights the scale of high quality cooking in the Emirate. During the recent MICHELIN Guide 2025 Ceremony in Dubai, 2 establishments scored One MICHELIN Star.

Jamavar’s Dubai outpost joins the prestigious list. Located in the Opera district in Dubai, this popular Indian restaurant offers perfectly balanced and harmonious dishes prepared from prime ingredients. You are not going to leave disappointed.

The other restaurant to join the list this year is Thai restaurant Manão. This establishment serves an 11-course tasting menu comprised of re-imagined Thai classics but bearing surprises. The flavours stay true to their authentic roots.

In another important highlight, 5 restaurants got a Bib Gourmand. Named after Bibendum, the official name of the MICHELIN Man, the Bib Gourmand is a recognition for restaurants that offer great quality and great value cooking. There are 22 of them in Dubai.
