Central Hotels & Resorts Kicks Off First Half Of 2025 With Resilient Performance

Central Hotels & Resorts starts 2025 with robust growth, improved guest experience, and strategic expansion across its key markets.

Central Hotels & Resorts has had a great start to the year, with an average occupancy rate of 90% across all of its properties for the first quarter of 2025. The Emirati-owned hospitality group, which is one of the UAE’s fastest-growing hotel brands, has also seen an increase in both revenue and guest satisfaction scores compared to the same time last year. This solidifies its position as a major player in the region’s competitive hospitality market.

Much of this success is being credited to a mix of strategic foresight, consistent quality, and an unwavering focus on the guest experience. With a growing portfolio of properties that blend location, value, and locally rooted service, the brand appears to be hitting the right notes with a wide range of travellers—from leisure-seeking tourists to business guests and families.

“Our performance is a reflection of thoughtful strategy, guest-centric innovation, and a strong commitment to delivering elevated experiences,” said Mr. Abdulla Al Abdulla, Chief Operating Officer and Group General Manager of Central Hotels & Resorts. “As the hospitality landscape evolves, we’re not just adapting—we’re leading with purpose, agility, and a clear vision for what modern hospitality in the UAE should represent.”

Outstanding Performance

While all of the group’s properties witnessed a great performance, two hotels stood out. Central Resort The Palm and Royal Central Hotel The Palm saw high revenue, because of their strategic locations which led to higher tourist inflow. These outcomes were supported by high demand from key international markets such as the CIS and Europe, alongside the emergence of new source markets contributing to a broader guest mix.

Surprisingly, room occupancy has a big role in Central Hotels & Resorts 2025 Performance. But it’s not the only driver. The Food & Beverage side of the business has also seen a healthy boost, helped by well-received themed nights and consistent interest from guests staying at the hotels. The company’s MICE business showed a steady performance across key corporate events. Meanwhile, wellness services like spas and stated stays contributed moderately to the guest experience value chain.

Looking Ahead

Going forward, Central Hotels is all set for a transformational phase of reinvestment, innovation, and digital transformation. The reopening of the Sunset Heart View Terrace at C Central Resort The Palm, is one of the most anticipated highlights of the year. Once open, the resort will offer stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and the iconic Dubai skyline, thereby attracting influencers, tourists and locals.

To further elevate service delivery and operational efficiency, the group is undertaking a digital upgrade with the migration of its Property Management System from Protel to Opera. This move is aimed at enhancing internal workflow, streamlining guest interactions, and enabling data-driven personalisation at every stage of the stay.

Summer Campaigns & Promotions

With summer approaching, Central Hotels is rolling out a series of seasonal offers and campaigns tailored to both domestic travellers and key feeder markets. With strong collaborations in place with regional DMCs and international travel partners, the group is well-positioned to capitalise on upcoming demand peaks linked to Eid, summer holidays, and long weekends.

At the Arabian Travel Market 2025, the group attracted a lot of interest in its Palm and Business Bay properties. This has led to the hotel leveraging new partnerships and exclusive offers to drive bookings throughout the summer and beyond.

Their theme “Authentic Hospitality with a Modern Touch,” received a warm response, reinforcing the brand’s core identity as an Emirati-rooted yet globally appealing hospitality group.

“Our direction is clear—we’re shaping hospitality experiences that resonate with today’s traveller while staying rooted in our Emirati heritage,” added Mr. Al Abdulla. “With every milestone, we’re delivering not just comfort and quality, but a deeper connection to place, purpose, and people.”

Well, with a brilliant start in quarter one, Central Hotels & Resorts is set to lead the hospitality industry in the region.
