But from 1 June 2026, the final amount you need to pay each time is going to rise a bit as a 5% VAT gets added.

From the beginning of next month, the variable Salik toll gate fees in Dubai are going to carry a 5% Value Added Tax (VAT). But from the beginning of next month, the price of this Salik tag is also going to increase, rising to AED 105-126.
