3. Customer Happiness Centres

Simply hop on to the official RTA platform for public transport fines, search using the ‘fine number’, ‘Emirates ID’ or ‘passport’, check the information, confirm and make the payment. Nonetheless, there is also the Customer Happiness Centre option.
3. Dubai Bus Fines

Dubai buses offer a seamless experience. The Public Transport Agency operates 119 internal lines, including 35 lines linking to metro stations, 12 intercity lines to transport passengers to other cities, 62 internal lines and 8 fast lines.

Dubai Bus fines payment process
Dubai public transport fines are typically issued against a person’s Emirates ID or international passport. For bus fines, passengers can obtain the fine number, pay and get a receipt at any of the Customer Happiness Centres across Dubai.

4. Dubai Parking Fines
