Whether you’re in the mood for a relaxed evening stroll or a full-blown theme park adventure, there’s something for every kind of visitor. What really sets Dubai Parks and Resorts apart is how it merges disparate worlds together into one cohesive thing—Hollywood, Bollywood, LEGO, and the rest.

Everything is walkable, super family-friendly, and designed to make your visit easy and enjoyable. It’s not just another attraction—it’s the kind of place you come to for the day and end up wishing you had more time. Whether you’re after adrenaline, nostalgia, or just a fun day out with the family, this place ticks all the boxes.

1. MOTIONGATE™ Dubai

Ever wanted to walk directly into a film? That’s what MOTIONGATE™ Dubai is all about. Tucked away in the heart of Dubai Parks and Resorts, its where Hollywood blockbusters come to life—but with a dash of Dubai. Whether you’re looking for the thrill of a high-speed roller coaster, need a family day out, or just love to get lost in worlds on celluloid you’ve only ever seen before, there’s something here to put a smile on everyone’s face. It’s fun, colourful, and full of surprises around every corner.

One of the real highlights is the DreamWorks zone—an indoor escape from the heat and bursting with charm. It’s split into four worlds you’ll recognise instantly: Shrek, Kung Fu Panda, Madagascar, and How to Train Your Dragon. Think roller coasters in the dark, epic dragon flights, and Kung Fu-themed boat rides.

If you’re into rides that make your heart race, Madagascar Mad Pursuit is the one that’ll catch you off guard—in the best way. It’s fast, it’s dark, and it launches before you can even catch your breath.

Imagine getting whizzed through close-to-vertical drops and wild turns, while experiencing the feeling of being in the middle of Panem. It’s dark, high-tech, and perfect for thrill-lovers.

Columbia Pictures brings a spooky-fun vibe with Ghostbusters, Zombieland, and Hotel Transylvania-themed attractions. There’s a mix of interactive rides and good old-fashioned fun—great if you’re visiting with kids or just a big fan of the classics.

And speaking of kids, the Smurfs Village is where the younger crowd can run wild. It’s colourful, playful, and packed with gentle rides and soft play zones.

Add in character meet-and-greets, live shows, and plenty of spots to grab a bite, and you’ve got a full-on cinematic day out that doesn’t feel overly commercial. It’s Hollywood, yes—but with heart.
