You can indulge in a memorable dining experience celebrating Japan’s city-to-coast gastronomic traditions. The seasonal menu has been curated by Head Chef Kyungmin Park, celebrating quality, balance, presentation and Armani’s signature flair.
The experience starts from an amuse-bouche of Grilled or Spicy Edamame. Next come starters of Corn Crab Salad or Spinach and Mushroom Salad. You can enjoy appetizers of Yellowtail or Seabass Carpaccio and the Chef’s Signature Sushi and Sashimi Platter.
The tempura course carries delicious choices of Wasabi Prawn or Octopus Tempura. For the main course, try out Spicy Beef or Miso Black Cod before concluding the journey at the dessert station featuring Mochi Ice Cream or decadent Miso Chocolate.
