On July 25 at 8 pm, TOTÓ Dubai guests get to experience a standout dinner. Planeta Head Sommelier Alessandro Vallecchi is going to be present as guest sommelier throughout the event. He is carrying a lot of global experience.
Born in Italy in 1960, Vallecchi is a seasoned wine professional. He has a lot of experience and a deep passion for fine wines – and is, therefore, the right person to lead guests through a curated tasting journey and offer expert insights.

TOTÓ Dubai La Selezione: Made for the most discerning palates
Priced at Dh400 per person, TOTÓ Dubai La Selezione is curated for discerning palates. Each course has an exquisite wine as pair to elevate the overall dining journey. The July 26 event is accessible during both lunch and dinner.
You can enjoy the classic Burrata con gamberi – burrata, Sicilian red shrimp, baby gem and Trapanese pesto, or Sicilian Pizza – tomato sauce, fried eggplant, ricotta cheese and lemon. There is also Calamarata allo scoglio and Supplì al Telefono to try out.
To end the experience on a memorable note, indulge in Cannola Siciliano, featuring pastry dough and full of creamy ricotta cheese, pistachio and candied orange. This experience has been tailored for non-vegetarian, wine-drinking and gluten-tolerant guests.
