Accor has made a major leadership announcement. Tarun Jewalikar has been appointed Cluster F&B Director for Novotel and Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha, taking on the responsibility to position the hotels’ F&B offerings as standalone lifestyle destinations.
Tarun earlier served as Cluster F&B Manager for Accor‘s Deira Waterfront Cluster, managing operations across Adagio Dubai Deira, Mercure Hotel and Ibis Styles. In his current position, he is responsible for leading F&B strategy, innovation and commercial performance.
Under his guidance, the cluster noted strong profitability metrics across all properties. He led the successful launch of restaurant and bar concepts, played key roles in regional events and established impactful partnerships at both local and international levels.
