SUSHISAMBA Dubai‘s South American tour starts on September 10. You can find talented bartenders Jose Luis Hinostroza and Carlos Mora Zapata from Arca Bar (Mexico) presenting a cocktail philosophy inspired by the Mayan Jungle.
The next day, the spotlight shines on Sastreria Martinez (Peru), one of the most intriguing hidden gems in Lima. Helmed by Diego Macedo, this speakeasy-style bar offers a number of precision classics featuring regional liqueurs and distillates, such as pistachio cream liqueur.
On September 12, Mamba Negra (Colombia) is coming to SUSHISAMBA Dubai. This is a famous Medellin rooftop bar from the region. Founder Juan David Zapata is going to bring his cheeky riffs on modern classics, in addition to regional staples like Mojito and Negroni.
