Priced at Dh299, FTV Dubai’s exclusive four-course Iftar set menu (plus Shisha) offers three distinct culinary journeys designed to entertain a range of tastes. The venue uses premium ingredients to prepare each dish.
Comfort and refinement take the front seat in this Iftar experience. To complement the dining experience, guests can make the most of a selection of meticulously prepared premium shisha, creating a relaxed ambiance after sunset.
1. Asian Menu
The Asian menu features vibrant starters such as Kani Salad, a refreshing mix of Japanese cucumber, sea lettuce and crab meat, and Goma Salad, featuring lollorosso lettuce and a sesame-infused dressing.
There are Sushi platters, Chicken Katsu Curry and Teriyaki Salmon in the mains. But that’s not the end. FTV Dubai has planned a dynamic conclusion, featuring Mochi Ice Cream or crispy Banana Tempura. Delicious, right?
2. European Menu
The European Menu is another culinary journey offered by FTV Dubai this Ramadan 2025. It celebrates timeless dishes such as Burrata Caprese, classic Caesar salad, Penne Arrabiata, Ricotta Cheesecake and Tiramisu Cake.
3. East and West Fusion Menu
FTV Dubai is also planning a fusion of the East and West. This menu presents delicious appetizers and mains such as Vegetable Spring Rolls, Chicken Samosas, Butter Chicken and Malai Paneer. You can have Baklava and Gulab Jamoon in the desserts.
