High Society Dubai is located at The Lana in Dubai’s Business Bay, and offer a rooftop dining room with a 360-degree view of the Burj Khalifa and the city’s skyline. Under chef Jean Imbert, High Society’s rooftop menu is kept varied and the meals are meant to be shared in a mix of Japanese, French and Mediterranean influences. Fresh nigiri such as salmon and yellowtail hamachi (AED 125) and rolls like the Lana volcano roll (AED 155) and the spicy uramaki tuna (AED 155) are highlights. You can also try Katsu Sando with Wagyu tenderloin (AED 185), or opt for something a little more substantial with the Katsu Sando topped with caviar and black truffle (AED 385).
There are also small plates such as charred edamame (AED 70), beef or chicken tacos (AED 110) and grilled skewers (AED 185-190) and a salad and pasta dish called the Truffle Mancini Maccheroni (AED 185). Wood-fired pizzas begin at AED 140, while the desserts, such as Chocolate Fondant (AED 85) and the Japanese Roll Cake (AED 90), finish up the meal nicely. The drinks menu features champagne, sake, wine and signature cocktails from AED 85.
The restaurant is open from 12 pm–2 am on Thursdays to Saturday & 12 pm–12 am from Sunday to Wednesday.
