Visitor Guidelines for Festive Events in Dubai
Your ticket works only on the date you book. Don’t bring outside food, drinks, or pets (service animals are okay). Security will check your bags at the entrance. Shows have limited seating, so people should arrive 15 minutes before the show starts so they can be seated comfortably. Gates open a few minutes before each show starts. You cannot take drones, bicycles, scooters, or balloons inside. Smoking is allowed in special areas only. Shows may be cancelled in case of bad weather or animal security, but no refunds will be given.
