From August 1 to 31, shopping malls in Dubai are going to transform into organised health and fitness tracks during morning hours. This is an important effort to encourage both residents and tourists in Dubai to embrace fitness during the summer season.
The indoor spaces are temperature-controlled, keeping the gradually soaring temperatures of the day at bay. Multiple malls are participating in the programme, including the gigantic Dubai Mall near Burj Khalifa, and The Springs Souk.
Dubai Mallathon 2025 targets all segments of society, including the youth, senior citizens, residents, children, tourists and employees at these shopping malls. You can also find motivational tools like fitness-tracking systems and guided stretching exercises.

1. Dubai Mall
