For health and safety purposes- long dresses, national dress, or trailing clothes are not permitted while skating. Most headgear, mittens, and neck scarves are allowed; however, they also sell mittens for AED10 each on sale.
Enter and exit the rink using the same direction as identified by the gate. There is a one-way entry and exit policy. Skate around in an anticlockwise direction, following directions from all ice marshals. Do not skate at very high speeds. Horseplay is prohibited. Ice marshals and Dubai Ice Rinks reserve the right to dismiss any individual from the ice without further notice for improper behavior or pose safety issues on the rink; tickets in such cases shall not be refunded. If by chance you do slip and fall, try to protect your head. It’s always a good idea to rent one of the helmets. Stay off the ice and keep behind the barriers when the ice is getting cleaned. Do not climb up or sit on the barriers. Don’t throw or spray the ice. Don’t dig holes in the ice. No jumping or pushing or horseplay. No tag games or whip-changes.
