Through this partnership, Signor Sassi is adding a fresh layer of indulgence to its signature menu experience. Presented in the refined setting of The St Regis Gardens, ‘Passion for Chocolate’ is a celebration of the annual Chocolate Day.

‘Passion for Chocolate’ is created for Signor Sassi by G&G Dolci‘s Executive Pastry Chef Gianluca Guinzoni – holding decades of expertise from Michelin-starred kitchens and luxury hotels across Europe and Asia.

‘Passion for Chocolate’ is priced at Dh90. To be presented from July 7 to 9, this delicious dessert features chocolate namelaka, milk chocolate and passion fruit sorbet, chocolate crunch, and a meticulously prepared passion fruit sauce.
