You can find a thoughtfully curated set menu designed to appeal to both business gatherings and leisurely mid-day meals. The experience perfectly balances refinement and approachability, helping customers make memories that last a lifetime.
Sir David’s Business Lunch at China Tang Dubai
China Tang Dubai has announced a relaxing business lunch featuring a couple of options. The 2-course Classic Menu is priced at Dh138 and the 3-course Signature Menu comes at Dh168. There are so many delicacies you can expect in both the options.
The 2-course menu includes Chef Li’s Steamed Dim Sum Collection, featuring three handcrafted delicacies – Jiao Zi Style Dumpling, Xiao Long Bao and Har Kau. The team uses time-honoured practices to shape each dumpling.
For the main course, you can find Chicken in Black Bean Sauce, Vegetarian Ma Po Tofu and other options. Those opting for the Signature Menu can enjoy a comforting soup in the beginning, before trying out the dim sums and the main course.

Spanning a couple of floors, China Tang Dubai represents a celebration of Cantonese tradition reimagined for the modern day. The restaurant can accommodate up to 180 guests. You can also find private dining rooms ideal for intimate gatherings.
