Etihad Shuttle: Zayed International Airport to Dubai

Etihad also operates buses to and from Dubai. From Zayed International Airport, pay attention to signs to Etihad Shuttle after clearing customs. The Dubai pick-up and drop-off location is at the Al Wasl Centre. The entire trip takes about 75 minutes.

Etihad Shuttle can be used by guests flying on Etihad-operated flights or an OAL-marketed flight, operated by Etihad. The buses must be booked 24 hours prior to travel. Guests need a confirmed shuttle reservation to use the option.

Etihad Shuttle bookings made in less than 24 hours from flight departure shall not be confirmed. This option is not accessible for unaccompanied minors. In addition, guests suffering from medical conditions or reduced mobility may not be permitted inside the bus.

Etihad Shuttle is operated by third-party entities. They assume responsibility for all trips in terms of insurance and liabilities. The buses can only be used by passengers having a corresponding arriving or departing flight from Zayed International Airport on the same day.
