Mykonos-Born Mediterranean Dining on Jumeirah’s Beachfront
Nammos Dubai started life on the sands of Psarou Beach in Mykonos and has since grown into one of the world’s most recognisable Mediterranean lifestyle brands, with locations in Cannes, Limassol, New York, and Dubai. The Dubai outpost, nestled within the Four Seasons Resort Jumeirah, brought that Mykonian spirit to the shores of the Arabian Gulf and quickly became one of the city’s most talked-about dining and beach club destinations. It draws a cosmopolitan crowd of residents, tourists, and well-heeled visitors who come as much for the atmosphere as the food.
Nammos is part of Restaurant Village, a curated fine dining district within the Four Seasons grounds, and sits directly on a private beach accessible only to restaurant and beach club guests. The setting is immediately striking. The entry is via an open pergola flanked by koi ponds and Aegean-styled archways in the distinctive Nammos blue-and-white colors.
The terrace is seamlessly connected to the beach, which offers stunning views of the ocean fringed by palm trees and tables bathed in sunlight from the Arabian Gulf. Along the beach, Riva-inspired mahogany sunbeds sit beneath teal-and-white striped umbrellas, creating a scene lifted straight from a Greek island afternoon. There is also a Nammos fountain on the property, a popular spot for photographs.
The menu is rooted in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine with a strong focus on fresh seafood sourced daily from local markets. Alongside the seafood, the kitchen offers grilled meats, poultry, sharing mezze, and a thoughtful range of vegan options. The wine and Champagne collection is extensive, with bottles on display inside the restaurant, and the bar turns out creative cocktails alongside a full drinks menu. Signature dishes include the celebrated aubergine mille-feuille, layered with velvety feta, and fresh seafood platters built around the catch of the day. The Saturday brunch is a fixture for those looking to settle into a longer weekend lunch by the water.
The beach club is as much a part of the Nammos experience as the restaurant itself. Private sun beds and cabanas are provided along the white sandy beach, while showers and dressing areas are available. There is a specialized beach bar offering drinks and small snacks right at your sun bed. Shisha smoking is available, providing a range of flavors with the signature Nammos Blend along with the classic mint and coffee flavors. There are live musical performances on weekends which contribute to the overall lively and party atmosphere of the venue. Nammos appeals to more adult customers, being mostly chosen by couples, groups, people celebrating some occasion and even by families.
The opening hours for the restaurant are daily; beach area is open from 11am until 7pm, lounge area is open from 11am until 2am and the main restaurant operates from 12:30pm until 2am. The sunset time period is considered to be the peak period for visiting Nammos since it combines nightlife and dining venues. It is strongly recommended to make reservations especially on weekends. Guests of the Four Seasons hotel can use free private access to the beach club via a special entrance. The restaurant is wheelchair-friendly, has valet parking, outdoor tables, Wi-Fi and card and NFC payment systems.
Getting there by car, navigate to the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, where valet parking is available. By metro, take the Red Line to Business Bay station and connect by taxi for a short ride. Taxis and ride-hailing apps including Uber and Careem reach the resort directly. Nearby landmarks include Jumeirah Public Beach, City Walk, and Jumeirah Mosque, all within a short drive.
