If you have been on the internet in the past year, there is a huge possibility that you might have seen social media users going crazy about a Dubai chocolate. This viral sensation from FIX Dessert Chocolatier is making headlines once again.

In order to make the trending but extremely difficult-to-purchase chocolate bars more accessible for residents and tourists alike, the brand has just announced its personal stand in Departures at the Dubai International airport, Terminal 3.

Dubai Chocolate: FIX Dessert Chocolatier stand at DXB

You can pick up the chocolate in person, but you need to book a flight first. Nonetheless, it should be emphasised here that the FIX chocolate stand at DXB is going to run only until February 17. So, pack your bags and hurry!

Offering residents and tourists an opportunity to buy a last-minute bar as a souvenir (or just to savour it on the plane), the personal FIX Dessert Chocolatier stand at the Dubai International airport is definitely something to check out this month and the next one.

Putting a post about the announcement on Instagram, FIX noted: “Heading home or jetting off on an adventure? Don’t miss the chance to grab the ultimate souvenir – our iconic dessert bars … Your love and support made it happen.”

Getting your hands on trending Dubai Chocolate

If you haven’t ever laid your hands on FIX’s viral Dubai chocolate (or the super delicious pistachio kunafa chocolate), just remember that these dessert bars are extremely difficult to purchase because of the genuine hype and the limited production.

Founded by British-Egyptian Dubai expat Sarah Hamouda, each piece of FIX chocolate is handmade – adding to the uniqueness. Isn’t that amazing? There are designs painted on the surface of each bar.

Currently, FIX Dessert Chocolatier has no in-person or online shop. People in Dubai and the UAE capital can place an order on the Deliveroo app. The sale starts at 2 pm and 5 pm daily. For a box of 6 different flavours, you need to spend Dh385.50.

DXB claims top spot on busiest international airports list

To be honest, there is seldom a quiet moment at the Dubai International airport (DXB). The airport has just been recognised as the busiest international airport across the globe – again! DXB recorded 60.2 million seats in 2024.

In terms of the busiest global airports, Dubai International dropped to the second position as domestic flights started being counted. But it seems that DXB could take the top spot next year as it is currently going through its busiest January in history.
