AYA Universe Dubai: Timing, Ticket Prices, Location
Opening Hours:
- Sunday to Thursday: 10 am – 10 pm
- Friday and Saturday: 10 am – 12 am
- The last entry to the park takes place an Hour before closing.
Ticket Prices:
Entry tickets are AED 135. Tickets are free of charge for People of Determination and for children under 3 years old. People of Determination can request for a second entry ticket for one caregiver. It’ll be available free of charge.
Please be advised that entry tickets for these categories are not available in advance but are guaranteed to be available on arrival. The Customer Service Team is likely to ask for proof of eligibility. So, ensure you bring documentation or ID along.
Children (under 3 years old) are required to be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above to gain free entry to AYA Universe. The park offers a vibrant multimedia experience and may not be suitable for people sensitive to flashing lights, dark spaces and loud noises.

Location Details:
AYA Universe Dubai is located at Wafi City Mall, Level One, Main Atrium, Oud Metha Road – Umm Hurair 2 Dubai.
AYA Universe is located on the First floor of the shopping mall, at the top of the escalators of the main atrium. If you are bringing your car, you may park on-location. The Nearest Dubai Metro Station is the Dubai Healthcare City Station on the Green Line towards Creek, a short distance from the mall.
