The bluefin tuna tataki and lamb kebab with smoked pepper aioli are among the most consistently praised dishes on the starter selection. 

Main courses include the slow-cooked Wagyu Short Rib served on cauliflower purée, the Wagyu Short Rib Ragu slow-cooked and finished over pappardelle, Chicken Yakitori, and mushroom risotto and orzo, which have become signature dishes that regular guests return for. For sharing, the Alaskan crab leg and a 1.2 kg Wagyu tomahawk served with classic sides are the most theatrical and impressive options available, suited to group celebrations and special occasions.
